August 2026 Roof Replacement Promotion and Referral Rewards Program

These Official Terms and Conditions govern Edge View Roofing LLC's $1,000 August roof replacement promotion and its $500 referral rewards program. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Program at a Glance

1. $1,000 August Offer - $1,000 off a qualifying roof replacement - For qualifying new homeowners who were not referred. Contract must be signed August 1-31, 2026.
2. Referred Homeowner - $500 off a qualifying roof replacement - The referred homeowner receives this discount instead of the $1,000 August offer.
3. Successful Referrer - $500 Visa gift card - Earned when the referred homeowner's contract becomes binding and any required deposit is received.

Important distinction: A homeowner who uses the $1,000 August offer may later refer another homeowner and earn am additional $500 Visa gift card. The gift card relates to the other homeowner's separate qualifying contract and is not an additional discount on the referrer's own roof. Further, the referred homeowner recieves a $500 discount on their roof, but is no longer elible for the $1,000 discount.

Official Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor and administrator. The promotion and referral program are sponsored and administered by Edge View Roofing LLC ("Edge View Roofing"), 3898 W Lincoln Hwy, Parkesburg, Pennsylvania 19365. Questions may be directed to office@edgeviewroofing.com or (717) 388-9944.
2. Offer periods. The $1,000 roof replacement promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The referral program begins August 1, 2026 and continues until Edge View Roofing publishes a change or termination. A contract must be signed during the applicable period to qualify.
3. General eligibility. Unless prohibited by law, participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States. A homeowner receiving a project discount must own, or be legally authorized to contract for work on, a residential property within Edge View Roofing's active service area. Eligibility is subject to roof assessment, project availability, and Edge View Roofing's acceptance of the proposed work.
4. Qualifying roof replacement. A "Qualifying Roof Replacement" is a full residential roof replacement under a written agreement accepted by Edge View Roofing. Unless Edge View Roofing confirms otherwise in writing, roof repairs, partial replacements, inspections, gutters, siding, fascia, soffit, standalone accessory work, commercial work, and new-construction roofing do not qualify.
5. $1,000 August roof replacement offer. A qualifying new, non-referred homeowner who signs an Edge View Roofing agreement for a Qualifying Roof Replacement during the Promotion Period will receive a $1,000 reduction from the agreed project price.
   
   • The homeowner must not have been introduced to Edge View Roofing through the referral program for that project.
   • The discount will appear on the written agreement or an approved written amendment; it is not payable in cash and has no unused or carryover value.
   • Limit one $1,000 discount per property and Qualifying Roof Replacement agreement.
   • The offer may not be combined on the same project with the referred-homeowner discount or
     another coupon, promotion, rebate, negotiated concession, or special discount unless Edge View
     Roofing approves the combination in writing.

6. Referral program eligibility. No purchase by the referrer is required. Any eligible adult may make a referral, except Edge View Roofing's owners, employees, sales representatives, contractors, agents, and members of their immediate households. A person may not refer themselves or claim a reward for a contract on which they are an owner, co-owner, signer, spouse of a signer, or resident of the referred property.
7. How to make a valid referral. The referrer must provide Edge View Roofing with the referred homeowner's name, contact information, and property address before the homeowner's first direct inquiry, or the homeowner must identify the referrer during the first contact. The referrer must have the homeowner's permission to share personal information. A referral is not valid if the homeowner was already an active lead, had already contacted Edge View Roofing, had an assessment or estimate pending, or was already in contract discussions before the referral was recorded.
8. Referred homeowner's $500 discount. When a validly referred homeowner signs a Qualifying Roof Replacement agreement, Edge View Roofing will apply a $500 reduction to that homeowner's agreed project price. The discount will appear on the agreement or an approved written amendment, is limited to one per property and contract, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or carried forward. A referred homeowner is not eligible for the $1,000 August offer on the same project.
9. When the $500 Visa gift card is earned. The referrer's $500 Visa gift card is earned only after all of the following have occurred:
   
   • The referral was properly recorded and verified as valid.
   • The referred homeowner and Edge View Roofing signed a Qualifying Roof Replacement agreement.
   • Any legally required cancellation or rescission period expired without cancellation.
   • Edge View Roofing received any deposit or initial payment required by the signed agreement.

10. Gift-card delivery and limitations. Edge View Roofing will make reasonable efforts to issue the $500 Visa gift card within 30 calendar days after it is earned. The reward may be delivered physically or electronically using contact information supplied by the referrer. It is subject to the card issuer's terms, expiration rules, and replacement policies. No cash substitute will be provided except where required by law. Visa is not a sponsor or administrator of this program.
11. Duplicate referrals and reward limits. Only one referrer and one $500 gift-card reward are permitted for each referred household, property, and Qualifying Roof Replacement agreement. If more than one person claims the same referral, the reward will go to the first eligible referrer shown in Edge View Roofing's time-stamped records. Rewards may not be split. Separate bona fide referrals may qualify for separate rewards, subject to these terms and applicable tax-reporting requirements.
12. Cancellations and non-qualifying contracts. If the referred homeowner cancels or rescinds the agreement before the reward is earned, fails to make a required initial payment, or the agreement is voided or rejected, neither the $500 gift card nor any cash equivalent is owed. The project discount does not restrict any cancellation right provided by the signed agreement or applicable law. If a reward was issued because of inaccurate information, fraud, or an administrative error, Edge View Roofing may cancel or recover the reward to the extent permitted by law.
13. Financing and insurance-funded projects. All discounts are reductions to the project price and are not cash payments to the homeowner. A homeowner using financing or insurance proceeds is responsible for disclosing the discount to the lender, insurer, adjuster, or other party when required. No offer is intended to waive, rebate, or improperly offset an insurance deductible, and Edge View Roofing may adjust or decline an offer when necessary to comply with an insurance policy, financing agreement, or applicable law.
14. Public referrals and truthful endorsements. Participants may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated statements about Edge View Roofing, impersonate the company, purchase advertising using Edge View Roofing's name, send unlawful unsolicited messages, or use company logos or creative assets without permission. If a participant publicly recommends Edge View Roofing while expecting a referral reward, the participant must clearly disclose the financial incentive near the recommendation, for example: "I may receive a $500 Visa gift card if my referral signs a qualifying roof replacement contract."
15. Fraud and disqualification. Edge View Roofing may disqualify a participant or referral for fabricated identities, self-referrals, duplicate or manipulated submissions, unauthorized use of another person's information, misrepresentation, harassment, abuse of the program, or violation of these terms. Eligibility decisions will be made reasonably and in good faith based on Edge View Roofing's records and the information available.
16. Taxes. The referrer is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with a reward. Edge View Roofing may request taxpayer information and may report rewards when required by law. Participants should consult their own tax adviser regarding individual circumstances.
17. Privacy. Information collected for the promotion and referral program may be used to verify eligibility, contact participants, administer discounts and rewards, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Edge View Roofing's Privacy Policy and applicable law. Referrers must obtain permission before sharing another person's contact information.
18. Program changes or termination. Edge View Roofing may modify, suspend, or end the referral program prospectively for legitimate business, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons by publishing updated terms or other reasonable notice. A valid referral properly recorded before a change will be evaluated under the terms in effect when it was submitted, unless honoring it would violate law. The August promotion will not be extended unless Edge View Roofing confirms an extension in writing.
19. Relationship to the roofing agreement. These terms govern promotion and referral eligibility only. The signed roofing agreement governs scope of work, materials, scheduling, payment, warranties, change orders, and project-specific obligations. Nothing in these terms changes or limits a non-waivable right or remedy provided by applicable law.
20. Governing law and severability. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without limiting any consumer protection that applies in another jurisdiction. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
